Kingston Chamber Music Festival Announces Its 38th Season, Tickets Go On Sale This Monday, March 2nd
.
The Kingston Chamber Music Festival will launch its 38th season this summer, presenting seven concerts from July 22 to August 2, 2026 on the University of Rhode Island campus. Guided by the theme “Life, Liberty, & Music,” this year’s programming explores 250 years of chamber music, tracing connections between tradition, innovation, and America’s cultural identity.
The season features six dynamic concerts and a solo recital, ranging from the classical elegance of Mozart and Boccherini to the bold contemporary voices of Jessie Montgomery and Carlos Simon. Audiences will experience programs that highlight transatlantic musical dialogues, historical anniversaries, storytelling through performance, and the rich exchange of ideas that defines chamber music.
Throughout the season, festival artists, both returning favorites and distinguished guest performers, come together in new collaborations that reflect KCMF’s longstanding commitment to artistic excellence and creative programming.
Secure your place at this year’s festival when ticket sales open Sunday, March 1. Full program details, artist listings, and concert descriptions can be found on the Events page at kingstonchambermusic.org/events.
